“My thanks to the Lidgard team for a thoroughly good job on the sails for Happy Joss. We’re extremely happy with the shape and performance of the sails, and most impressed with the cordial and efficient after sales service, in particular, your ability to manufacture an extra 98% headsail at short notice to complete our sail wardrobe. Sean, please pass on my sentiments to your production and office staff ”.

How we work with you
It is recognised in the loft that superyacht owners, skippers and crews are adventurers, travelling the globe. For this reason a ‘do it once - do it right’ culture has been developed in the loft. Global information sharing between Lidgard lofts and a mobile team also allows for a seamless service where ever you choose to put your anchor down. You will have a dedicated Project Manager to manage the logistics of design, lofting and initial crafting of the component shapes. A team of six sailmakers will see you project through from the start to final handcrafting, delivery, fitting and discussion, with your people, on performance parameters, sail handling and general tips to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Every ‘yachtie’ has an Everest. For the young ones - mastering the fundamentals of dinghy sailing... for the cruising man it may be to simply enjoy a coastal cruise with the family without mishap or strained relationships.
For the superyacht owner, it may be a combination of factors, but one thing is certain, there is a common thread that binds all yachtsmen and yachtswomen together... warm gentle breezes, fast true sails and good times at sea and at anchor.
The Lidgard Sails Superyacht team are driven by the same passion. We are all sailors and share with you the enjoyment derived from a fine and fast set of sails.
“I’ve skippered sailing vessels from 18 to 36 meters, all with Lidgard sail
wardrobes. We’ve found their sails to be durable and of fantastic shape.
Tara 5 continues her expeditions with a set of Lidgard sails to power her across
the globe. I have no reservations in recommending the Lidgard team.
They have a total commitment to customer satisfaction, competitive pricing
and offer sound advice based on their many years of experience”.
